- Include original packaging
- Include accessories and manuals (if applicable)
Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration may not qualify.
Non-Returnable Items

- Damaged items caused by misuse
- Personalized items
- Gift cards
- Clearance items (if specified)
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If an item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos of product
- Description of issue
We will review and provide replacement, exchange, or refund options.
