  • Include accessories and manuals (if applicable)

Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration may not qualify.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Damaged items caused by misuse

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance items (if specified)

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If an item arrives:

  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Photos of product
  • Description of issue

We will review and provide replacement, exchange, or refund options.
